Thomas Thompson (Australian politician)

Thomas Thompson was an Australian politician who represented the South Australian House of Assembly two-member seat of Port Adelaide for the Protestant Labor Party from 1927 to 1930.[1]

Thompson was unseated shortly after the 1927 election on 30 May, after a challenge from defeated Labor MHA Frank Condon over a defamatory pamphlet. Thompson contested and won the resulting by-election on 2 July. Thompson was defeated at the 1930 election.
