Thomas A. Lockhart[2] (born September 29, 1935 in Casper, Wyoming) is an American politician and a former Republican member of the Wyoming House of Representatives representing District 57.

Education

Lockhart earned his BS in electrical engineering from the University of Wyoming and his MBA from Portland State University.
