Theerthadanam (2001) is a Malayalam film directed by G. R. Kannan and written by M. T. Vasudevan Nair based on his story Vanaprastham. The film stars Jayaram and Suhasini. The film met with critical acclaim but became a failure in the box office.Suhasini,K S chithra got state award for the movie[1][2]
