The Promenade Shopping Centre is a large regional shopping centre located in the area of Thornhill, Ontario, Canada. The mall has over 150 tenants,[4] and is anchored by Sears, T & T Supermarket, Imagine Cinemas, H&M and Old Navy.[3] In February 2016, the mall's owner Cadillac Fairview announced that it had put the Promenade up for sale.[4] As of April 20, 2017, Promenade Shopping Centre was purchased by Promenade General Partner Inc., a business formed by the Serruya family and Liberty Development Corporation. Centrecorp Management Services Limited, a leading property management and real estate services company has been retained to manage Promenade Shopping Centre.[5]
