Match Group, Inc. is an American Internet company that owns and operates several online dating web sites including OkCupid, Tinder, PlentyOfFish, and Match.com. The company also operates the test preparation company, The Princeton Review. Match Group is headquartered in Dallas, Texas[2] and operates as a subsidiary of IAC/InterActiveCorp.[3] Match Group went public on November 19, 2015 and trades on NASDAQ with the ticker symbol MTCH.[4]
