The Master Colony was a Middlesbrough-based band active from 2002 until 2011. Signed to independent record label 208 Records, the group released two singles and one album, Time for Change,[1] before disbanding in 2011. Drummer Adrian Neal went on to be part member of successful indie band The Unsung Heroes[2] (who later also signed to 208 Records) and Joe Smithson and Lewis Mondal were founding members of successful indie band Collectors Club.[3] Alistair Sheerin is currently pursuing a solo career.
