Centre for Jewish-Christian Relations
The Centre for the Study of Jewish-Christian Relations (CJCR) based at Wesley House, Cambridge is an institute for the study and teaching of Jewish-Christian Relations and the promotion of interfaith dialogue. CJCR operates under the auspices of The Woolf Institute and is a sister institute of The Centre for the Study of Muslim-Jewish Relations, established 2006.[1]
Founded by Dr Edward Kessler and Rev Dr Martin Forward in 1998, CJCR teaches Cambridge University’s MSt in the Study of Jewish-Christian Relations and offers a variety of other educational programmes. CJCR is an Associate Member of the Cambridge Theological Federation (CTF). The current academic director of CJCR is Dr Lars Fischer.
