UOB Plaza at Thamrin Nine

Thamrin Nine is a mixed development project at Jalan M.H. Thamrin in Central Jakarta, Indonesia. Spanning over an area of 5 hectares, the complex will have two office and 4 apartment towers. Developer of the complex is PT. Putra Gaya Wahana. UOB Plaza of the complex is completed in 2007, which is 195 meters tall, has 42 floors above and 4 floors below the ground.[1]

Construction of Thamrin Nine Tower 1 started in 2014 & expected to be complete by 2018. This is a twin paired towers of 1 and 2, the lower 4 floors of which will be linked by retail podium.The architectural height of the tower 1 is 333.5 meters. The tower will have 70 floors above and 6 floors below the ground. There will be an observation deck at the tower. The tower is designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates.[2] Lower 45 floors of the tower is for office. The upper floors from 46th will be occupied by Waldrof Astoria Hotel.[3]
