Tejaswi Prakash Wayangankar is an Indian television actress who played one of the main leads in the show Swaragini as Ragini Lakshya Maheshwari on Colors TV.[2][3] In 2017, she is portraying the role of Diya on Pehredaar Piya Ki. [4][5]

Early life and background

Wayangankar was born and brought up in a musical family—her father, Prakash Wayangankar is a singer by profession. She has graduated in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering from Mumbai University in 2015. Wayangankar has always had a passion for music, singing and acting and she started working on Indian TV with her first show 2613 in 2012. She soon played Dhara's role in Sanskaar-Dharohar Apno ka. She was then aproached for Ragini's role in swaragini which was her major turning point. She is currently seen acting in Pehredaar Piya ki as Diya opposite Suyyash Rai and Affan Khan in Sony Tv.
