Taras Viktorovych Kutovy (Ukrainian: Тарас Вікторович Кутовий) (25 February 1976 in Kiev) is a Ukrainian economist and statesman.

On 14 April 2016 he was appointed minister of agrarian policy and food of Ukraine in the Groysman government.[4] On 23 May 2017 he anounced he wanted to resigning from this ministerial position and asked lawmakers to support his decision.[5][6]
