Tambeae
Tambeae was a Roman town of the Roman Province of Byzacena in Roman North Africa from Roman Empire and into late antiquity.[1] Tambeae must have been of some importance as it was the seat of a ancient Christian Bishopric which remains today as a titular See of the Roman Catholic Church.[2][3]
