Tagou Martial Arts School was built in 1978 in response to the revival of the popularity of kung fu in China due to the 1982 Jet Li film Shaolin Temple.[2]
The school is one of China's largest martial arts schools, and was featured in the movie The Real Shaolin.[3][4]
