TVOKU (Russian: ТВОКУ) (Uzbek:ТОУҚбю) is an abbreviation that stands for the Tashkent Higher All-Troops Command College named after Vladimir Lenin (Ташкентское Высшее Общевойсковое Командное Училище имени В.И. Ленина) (Тошкент Олий Умумқўшин Қўмондонлик билим юрти). It was one of the oldest military establishments of the USSR preparing infantry officers for the Soviet Army.
The College was disbanded after former Soviet Republic of Uzbekistan gained independence in 1991. The Last Banner of the College was removed from the No. 1 Guard Post and deposited into the Museum of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
The College graduates have their informal Club website. "Long live Lenintsy of All Generations" - this motto is known to every graduate of the College since it used to be written on a local landmark.
