TVB City (Chinese: 電視廣播城; Cantonese Yale: din si gwong bo sing), is the headquarters of Television Broadcasts Limited developed by Sun Hung Kai Properties located at 77 Chun Choi Street in the Tseung Kwan O Industrial Estate, Tseung Kwan O, Kowloon, near to Shaw Studios. TVB is by far the biggest tenant of the estate and the first service-providing company in there.

TVB City officially grand opening ceremony on 12 October 2003 at 16:30 HKT by Chief Executive of Hong Kong Donald Tsang and Chairman of Hong Kong Television Braodcasts Limited Raymond Chow durated to mark celebrated 36th years anniversary birthday of Hong Kong Television Broadcasts Limited and was constructed at a cost of HK$2.2 billion. It was designed to cope with future development and expansion, especially for digital television production.

TVB City has a building area of over 110,000 square metres, 30% more than that the old headquarters, TV City, at Clearwater Bay. The facilities includes an 11-story broadcasting centre, workshops, a newsroom, a satellite antenna farm, two outdoor shooting sites and 22 production studios, of which "Studio 1" is one of the largest studio amongst all commercial television stations in Asia.

Contrary to many other television studios worldwide, TVB City is not open to the general public (except for live audience members on certain programs). In addition, the company does not offer tours of any kind, and strict security measures are taken in the interest of safety of television artists and staff.
