The Swanepoel Power 200 (SP200) is comprehensive annual ranking of the Most Powerful People in residential real estate in North America (United States and Canada).[1][2][3] The list is described as the most comprehensive list of influential CEOs, thought leaders and senior executives in the residential real estate business.[4][5]

Methodology

The rankings are based a rigorous three-part methodology[6] to rank leaders with the aid of organizational charts and proprietary data from leaders, taking into account attributes such as the individual’s personal influence, his/her tenure in the industry, the office he or she holds, the decision-making power of said office, the financial resources of the company or organization, the company or organization’s significance and contribution to the industry, the company’s geographic reach, and his or her recent activities, growth, and potential.[7][8][9] The rankings is under the guidance of trends analyst Stefan Swanepoel.[10][11][12] Swanepoel is widely acknowledged as the leading researcher on real estate trends in the United States[13] and is author of the annual Swanepoel Trends Report that has been published annually since 2006.[14][15] The executive editor on the SP200 is Rob Hahn.
