Sunil Lulla is an Indian film producer known for his more than 20 years of experience in media and entertainment industry. He was appointed Vice Chairman and Managing Director of Eros International Media Limited.

Early life and education

Lulla holds a degree in Commerce from Mumbai University.

Career

Under the leadership of Sunil Lulla, Eros has made a content tie-up with Chromecast for Erosnow, the mobile application. This has been made to allow users to transfer movies from smartphones, tablets to their television sets. Also a tie up has been made with Asianet Broadband, a Kerala-based internet service provider to launch a movie streaming service called Broadband Movies.^[1]Mr. Sunil Lulla has been re-appointed in Eros International as an Executive Vice Chairman & Managing Director, not liable to retire by rotation, for five years from 28 September, 2015 to 27 September 2020.^[2] In his tenure at Eros profits for the company rose steadily to almost 2.5 times for the quarter that ended on 31st December 2016 compared to the last quarter. Eros Now has over 20 lakhs subscribers all over the world. The platform provides rights to over 250,000 audio tracks, 5000 films and also 13 music labels providing music content.^[3]
