The subantarctic shearwater (Puffinus elegans), is a small shearwater which breeds in the Tristan da Cunha archipelago of the Atlantic Ocean and some of the subantarctic islands off New Zealand.
Taxonomy
The subantarctic shearwater is sometimes considered a subspecies of the little shearwater.
