The chestnut-cheeked starling (Agropsar philippensis) is a species of starling in the family Sturnidae. It is sometimes placed in the genus Sturnia or Sturnus. It breeds in Japan and the Russian islands of Sakhalin and Kuriles[1]; it winters to Taiwan, the Philippines and northern Borneo.
