The stripe-throated bulbul (Pycnonotus finlaysoni), or streak-throated bulbul, is a species of songbird in the bulbul family of passerine birds. It is found in south-eastern Asia. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests and subtropical or tropical moist montane forests.

Subspecies
Three subspecies are recognized:[2]
- Pale-eyed bulbul (P. f. davisoni) - (Hume, 1875): Originally described as a separate species in the genus Ixos. Found in western and south-central Myanmar
- P. f. eous - Riley, 1940: Found in southern China, Thailand and southern Indochina
- P. f. finlaysoni - Strickland, 1844: Found on the Malay Peninsula
