Stegasta abdita is a moth of the Gelechiidae family. It was described by Park and Omelko in 1994. It is found in the Russian Far East (Primorsky Krai)[1] and Japan.[2]
The wingspan is 9-9.7 mm. The forewing colour pattern is very close to that of Stegasta jejuensis, but can be distinguished by the shape of the whitish-orange area beyond the basal fascia along the dorsum and the larger second costal spot which is more distinct than that of jejuensis.[3]
