Stefanie Horn (born January 9, 1991) is a German-Italian slalom canoeist who has competed for Germany since 2006. She has represented Italy since 2013.[1] She won two silver medals in the K1 event at the European Championships.
She competed at the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio de Janeiro where she finished 8th in the K1 event.[2][3]
