The State of Wisconsin Investment Board manages approximately "$100 billion in assets, most of which consists of the Wisconsin Retirement System, whose funds provide benefits to more than 588,000 current or former public employees".[1]
Criticism
In December 2016, it was revealed that employees paid themselves over $11 million in combined bonuses in 2015 when the main funds returns were flat.[1]
