The St. Louis County District Courthouse in Virginia, Minnesota is a two-story brick Beaux-Arts courthouse built in 1910. It sits on Virginia's courthouse square. A compatible 1921 addition to the building was designed by architects Croft & Boerner.[1][2]

The courthouse is one of two in Saint Louis County. Saint Louis County is large--some 6,860 square miles (17,767 km2)-- and Duluth, the county seat, is at the southern end of the county, far removed from the settlements that sprung up on the Iron Range. The county therefore established a second court district in Virginia in 1904, with cases heard in a small frame building. It was replaced by the present this courthouse in 1910.[2]
