Headquartered in Austin, TX, Springbox is a digital strategy and marketing company. Purchased in 2012 by current CEO Tom West,[1][2] Springbox provides client companies with a range of website development and marketing services, including digital planning and strategy, analytics and testing, user experience, content strategy, creative design, development, and customer acquisition. In addition to Austin, the privately held company has an office in Los Angeles.
Clients for Springbox’s services have included the Lyndon Johnson Presidential Library,[3] University of Texas at Austin, PayPal,[4] and the Texas Lottery.[5] In 2016, Springbox was ranked in the top 50 fastest-growing companies in Austin.[6]
Springbox has developed a number of proprietary tech tools that deliver insights into the online behavior of consumers and website performance. In 2015, after developing the mobile web-testing tools Mobilizer and Canvas,[7] Springbox spun off the products to form Mobile1st, headed by CEO Dan Engel.[8]
