Soyuz MS-13 is a Soyuz spaceflight planned for September 2019.[1] It will transport three members of the Expedition 60 crew to the International Space Station. MS-13 will be the 142nd flight of a Soyuz spacecraft. The crew will consist of a Russian commander, and an American and a European flight engineer.
