Southlands College, at 80 Roehampton Lane, London SW15 5SL[1] in the London Borough of Wandsworth, is one of four colleges at the University of Roehampton[2] and is the location of the University’s Business School and the University's Department of Media, Culture and Language.[3]
It was established by the Methodist Church in 1872, originally in Battersea, as a teacher training college for women.[3]
The college includes Mount Clare House, a grade I listed building designed by Sir Robert Taylor,[4] and a Methodist chapel.[5]
