South Extension part 1 and part 2, are both great shopping places. You can find good quality shoe stores, clothing stores and matrimonial shopping stores offering traditional outfits. It is also a great place to meet up with friends and family over a coffee with lots of leading coffee places situated here. Not to miss the chaat papdi and golguppas (Indian fast food) places - Bengali sweet house in Part 1 and a small vendor next to Archie's stationery store in Part-2. South extension 1 and 2 are bustling with life and are usually very crowded markets. But definitely not as bad as old Delhi.
