Son Yong-chan is a South Korean footballer who plays as a midfielder.

Club career

He played in the Philippines with Ceres FC[1] from 2014 to 2016[2] before moving to Singapore to play for the Tampines Rovers in 2017.[3] A midfielder, Son played as a left, center, and right back for his former club—Ceres—in their three games against Tampines Rovers.[4]

His first official match with the Rovers is the 2017 AFC Cup game against Felda United on February 21, 2017. During this match, he also scored his first goal for Tampines Rovers Football Club[2] Son has also made his league debut for the Tampines Rovers after he played in the 1-2 defeat to Albirex Niigata Singapore FC, which is also the first match of his club in the 2017 S. League season.[5]
