Solar is a studio jazz album by guitarists John Abercrombie and John Scofield. Tracks 1, 3, 5, 6, 7 were recorded at Music Annex Recording Studios in Menlo Park, CA in May 1982. Tracks 2 and 4 were recorded at Classic Sound Studios, New York City in December 1983. The album was released in 1984 via Palo Alto Records label.[2]
