Social Right (Destra Sociale) is a small political party in Italy. Its leader is Luca Romagnoli.

History

The party was formed following the expulsion of Luca Romagnoli from the Tricolour Flame,[1] after he joined together other parties the Movement for National Alliance without having preventively sought the opinion of the Central Committee.

In 2014, on the occasion of the Piedmontese and local elections, Social Right, together with The Right led by Storace, Future and Freedom led by Roberto Menia and I the South led by Poli Bortone, joined the federation Destre Unite.[2][3]

In 2015, instead, on the occasion of the regional and local elections, Social Right presented its candidates into the lists of Brothers of Italy.[4][5]

On 26 January 2017 Romagnoli held a convention in Milan with the participation of Orsola Mussolini, Roberto Jonghi Lavarini, leader of Right for Milan (Destra per Milano) and other movements to inaugurate a new think tank of the right and to propose a collaboration with Brothers of Italy.[6][7]
