Slauson is a bus rapid transport transitway station for the Metro Silver Line on the Harbor Transitway/(I-110) at the overcrossing of Slauson Avenue in South Los Angeles. The station was re-branded as a station for the Metro Silver Line when the line began service on December 13, 2009. It is managed by the Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority. The Slauson Metro Blue Line Station is located approximately 2 miles to the east.

The station has two side platforms in the median of the Interstate 110 (Harbor Freeway). The platforms can be accessed using elevators and lifts from Slauson Avenue below the freeway or by an overbridge from the park and ride to the east of the freeway. This station has two parking lots, one or each side of the freeway with a total of 151 spaces. Metro Local and limited lines 108 and 358 stop directly below the station at the street level (Slauson Avenue). As part of the Metro Express Lanes project, the station received some major station improvements. On September 6, 2011, the new stop located directly below the Slauson Silver Line station opened for Metro Local: 108 & Metro Limited: 358. The new stop is only for eastbound passengers. A westbound stop for lines 108 & 358 was not constructed. The station was upgraded with improved lighting in December 2010. CCTV and next bus trip arrival television screens were added onto the station in December 2012 and the monitors became activated on June 2013.

Metro Silver Line buses stop at the station on the busway/freeway level which can be accessed by elevators and stairs. Metro Silver Line service hours are approximately from 4:15 AM until 1:45 AM Monday- Friday & 5:00 A.M.- 1:45 A.M. Saturdays/ Sundays & Holidays.
