Silvio Rodić (born 25 July 1987) is a Croatian football goalkeeper, currently playing for Eastern Suburbs AFC in Stirling Sports Premiership.
Career
A native of Donji Miholjac, Rodić joined the NK Slaven Belupo academy in Koprivnica in 2002, aged 15. In his last u19 season, he was loaned to Slaven's feeder club NK Koprivnica, where he remained, on loan, for 2 seasons, establishing himself as the team's first choice goalkeeper in the Druga HNL. Returning to Slaven, he was understudy to Vanja Iveša for the 2007/2008 season, but established himself as the club's first choice in the subsequent seasons.
He made his first move abroad in early 2014, loaned to the Ekstraklasa side Zagłębie Lubin. His performances drew the attention of other Polish sides, and he was signed that summer by Górnik Łęczna. [1]
International career
Rodić was capped once for the Croatia U21 team, in 2008, playing the full 90 minutes in a friendly game against Togo. [2]
