History
Sigma Epsilon Phi Fraternity and Sorority, Inc. (ΣΕΦ) is originally a senior Fraternity, founded on December 13, 1987 in Quezon City by the founding Fathers, namely, ALDRIN AMPONG (codename : AGUSTO RABODAN) and CHESTER SIAN (codename: JAKE ESPIRITU). They were formerly leaders of the E.S.Q. Group Company.
Sigma Epsilon Phi was then, recognized at the Securities and Exchange Commission (with S.E.C. No. 157700) and at the Technological Institute of the Philippines, Quezon City, on December 5, 1988.
The two Founding Fathers are both genuine blooded Visayans and were both raised in the respective provinces.
Vision
We believe in the ideals of being a fraternity man. We believe that brotherhood is more than just a group, it's a group of like-minded men who all follow the same set of rules and have virtues in life.
Mission
A mission for Sigma Epsilon Phi is: to motivate and influence all its members, especially the students, to become a wholesome person by providing the constitution and by-laws of Sigma Epsilon Phi. It also aims to promote the values exemplified by the two Founding Fathers.

About Sigma Epsilon Phi
Sigma Epsilon Phi (ΣΕΦ), commonly nicknamed Sephians, is a social college Fraternities and sororities for college students in the Philippines. It was founded on three principles: Integrity, Frugality, and Peace . Sigma Epsilon Phi is one of the first fraternities that was then recognized in the Technological Institute of the Philippines. Every before or after the anniversary of Sigma Epsilon Phi Sephians conduct an outreach activity to promote charity, to exemplify the good fundamental values the Sephians have and to share the blessing to the people in need.
