Sidh community

In various census of India, Sidh are found in Rajasthan, Punjab and Haryana. Sidh were founded by Sidh Guru Jasnath Ji Maharaj of Bikaner, who was born on Samwant 1539 AD, and Samadhi place in Katariasar[1] in Bikaner. His spiritual name was Jasnathji. jasnath ji Incarnated at "Dabla Pond" which is located 6 km north of village Katariasar. Jasnath ji Gave His 36 Rules to Ramu Saharan of Molaniya Village. jasnath samparday's holy Book is "SABAD GARANTH" written by Pandit Suriya Shankar in which all the details are available. The main Literature spoken by jasnath ji which is now available in written are under heads of SIMBHU-DHADA, Home Jap etc.

"SIDH" the main follower cast of Jasnath ji has high social moral and live simple life, most of them are farmers and field workers. They are Socially, Economically and Educationally backward few of them are in government services. They have their own Culture and Tradition and mainly relate to JAT[lower-alpha 1] caste before 1539 AD because they are offshoot of Jat. They have clan like - Jyani, Jhorar, Dudi, Godara, Kukana, Mahia, Tard, Hudda, Saharan, Shivran, and Bari etc. SIDH caste mainly Resides in Bikaner Division of Rajasthan. Sidh community is famous for fire dance around the world. Sidh community population around 6-7 hundred thousand.
