Shira D. Goodman (born 1961/62) is an American businesswoman, the president and CEO of Staples Inc. since September 2016.[1][2][3][4][5]
Early life
She has a bachelor's degree from Princeton University, a master's degree with a concentration in strategy and marketing from MIT's Sloan School of Management, and a JD from Harvard Law School.[1]
Career
Goodman joined Staples in 1992.[5] In September 2016, she succeeded Ron Sargent as CEO.[5]
Personal life
She is married to Rabbi Wesley Gardenswartz, and they have three children.[6][7][8] Goodman is Jewish.[5]
