Sherman House (Batesville, Indiana)

The Sherman House in Batesville, Indiana, is a restaurant and hotel that dates from 1852.[1] A raspberry festival is held there every July.[2]

After 150 years of operation the Sherman House closed on January 12, 2015, according to its website and local media reports. [3]

The building is under new management, has been remodeled and has been renamed The Sherman as of February 2017.
