Sheikh Jaber Al Ahmad Cultural Centre, also known as Kuwait Opera House
The Sheikh Jaber Al-Ahmad Cultural Centre, informally known as the Kuwait Opera House, is a prominent cultural center in Kuwait, located on the Gulf Road in the capital Kuwait City. It is the largest cultural center and opera house in the Middle East.[1]
The complex, which includes three stages, three halls for concerts, conferences and events as well as a center for historical documents, took two years to complete[2].[3] It is 214000 m² in size and had a budget of 235 million Kuwaiti dinars (approximately US$775 million ).[4]
