History

Sharps Bedrooms was a subsidiary of HomeForm Group, which entered administration in June 2011.[1] In July 2011, Sharps was purchased out of administration by the private equity firm Sun Capital Partners. This is because it was the most viable business, within the group.[2]

Sharps Bedrooms design and manufacture fitted bedroom and home office furniture. Customers can either request a brochure, free home design visit, or view the products at one of their nationwide network of showrooms.

Sharps Bedrooms is a subsidiary of Sun European Partners, which is the European arm of private investment firm Sun Capital Partners. It is based in the United States, with offices all around the world.
