Shai Maestro (born February 5, 1987[1]) is an Israeli jazz pianist, currently based in Brooklyn, New York.
He was a member of Avishai Cohen's band from 2006 until 2011.[1]
In 2010 he formed the Shai Maestro Trio together with Peruvian bassist Jorge Roeder and Israeli drummer Ziv Ravitz.[1] They have released four albums: Shai Maestro Trio (2012),[2] The Road to Ithaca (2013),[3] Untold Stories (2015), and The Stone Skipper (2016).
