Sengkang Depot is a train depot in Sengkang, Singapore operated by SBS Transit. It is the first co-location of facilities for both the Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) and Light Rail Transit (LRT). It maintains the trains for the North East Line and Sengkang LRT and Punggol LRT, and also houses the control centre of the three lines.
The depot was built by British engineering firm Arup and began operations in 2003. It is the first in Singapore to be built with structural provisions for an industrial development to be situated on top, to minimise the wastage of land in land scarce Singapore.
The depot is located between Buangkok station and Sengkang station on the North East Line and has 3 reception tracks: 2 tracks Northbound towards Sengkang station and 1 track Southbound towards Buangkok station.
The depot is located between Layar station and Tongkang station on the Sengkang LRT Line and Punggol LRT Line and has 2 reception tracks: 1 track Clockwise towards Tongkang station and 1 track Anticlockwise towards Layar station.
