Seein' Things

Seein' Things is a 1924 short silent comedy film directed by Robert F. McGowan.^[1]^[2] It was the 24th Our Gang short subject released.

Synopsis

Farina has nightmares after ruining the gang’s barbecue and then gorging herself on several fried chickens.

When the television rights for the original silent Pathé Our Gang comedies were sold to National Telepix and other distributors, several episodes were retitled. This film was released into TV syndication as "Mischief Makers" in 1960 under the title A Crazy Dream. About two-thirds of the original film was included.
Before the dream sequence, Allen Hoskins is dressed as a girl. During the dream sequence, he is a boy. At this point in Hoskins' career, he begins to morph into a boy, similar to what happened to Buckwheat years later.
With Jack Davis' departure from the cast, Andy Samuel begins to make more appearances in Our Gang. The title card that introduces Andy in this film specifically indicates that he's a new member of the Gang.
Ernest Morrison’s sister, Dorothy Morrison, makes a brief appearance in this film.
