The Scottish Women's Football League Second Division is the third and lowest tier of the women's football league pyramid in Scotland. It contains forty-one clubs divided into four regional divisions. The champions of each division are eligible to enter play-offs for promotion to the Scottish Women's Football League First Division.[1]

Hamilton Caledonian, Irvine Thistle, Kilwinning Development, Mill United and Whitburn join the league. EK Galaxy drop out while Hamilton Academical Reserves withdraw to play in a new development league.
