Scott Martin is a Pennsylvania politician. A Republican, he is the Pennsylvania State Senator for the 13th district. Before his election to the State Senate in 2016, Martin served as Lancaster County Commissioner and chairman of the Pennsylvania Republican Party Commissioners Caucus.[1][2]
