Scleroderma Research Foundation

The Scleroderma Research Foundation ("SRF") is a non-profit, 501(c)(3) organization based in San Francisco. Its mission is to find new and improved therapies as well as a cure for scleroderma by funding major research. In addition, the organization funds and supports various Scleroderma Centers of Excellence, which provide multi-specialty clinical care in dedicated facilities throughout the US, including the Johns Hopkins Scleroderma Center.

Over two decades, the SRF has raised millions of dollars for scleroderma research from charitable gifts. The Foundation funds research based on careful review and recommendations by its Scientific Advisory Board.

The Foundation's website provides information on treatments, on research and on its fundraising event, Cool Comedy -- Hot Cuisine. It is the publisher of a non-technical magazine on the disease.
