Sardar Hussain Babak (Urdu: سردار حسين بابک) is a Pakistani politician hailing from village Totalai, Buner District who is currently a member of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Assembly belong to the Awami National Party (ANP).[2] He is also serving as the committee member of The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Police Bill,2017,[3] Committee on The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Whistleblower Protection and Vigilance commission Bill,[4] Standing Committee No 35 on Minerals Development Department,[5] Standing Committee No 26 on Elementary and Secondary Education Department,[6] Standing Committee No 2 on Law reforms and Control on Sub-ordinate Legislation,[7] Legislative Committee,[8] Ehtisaab Commission Bill,2013[9] and Select Committee on Local Government[10] Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.Babak also serve as Education Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa from 2008-2013.[11][12]

Early life and education

Babak complete high school from his village Totalai, intermediate from Government Superior Science College Peshawar, BSc degree from Islamia College University and his Masters degree in Journalism from the University of Peshawar.[13]
