Clube Santana de Morrinho (Capeverdean Crioulo, ALUPEC or ALUPEK: Klubi Santana di Morrinhu) is a football (soccer) club that plays in the Maio Island League in Cape Verde. Its current chairman is Januário Monteiro who was elected in late 2015.[1] The club is named after a nearby bay, the Baía da Santana located 2 km northwest of the settlement.

The logo and the uniform has a white and black logo with the S colored white attached with a larger T logo It is partly circled with neon yellow on the top left, the blue on the top right featuring the foundation date and black on the bottom with a white label reading the clubs' location, the swan is on the top part.

History

Santana did not participated in the 2013 regional season due to financial problems.

In the 2015/16 season, the club finished 5th behind Morrerense from Morro with 14 points, 4 wins and scored 13 goals, second last to Beira-Mar.

Santana had suffered a 18 match winless streak and a 13 match losing streak at the regional championships, it was their next draw was 2 goal apiece with Académico 83 on February 13, 2016 and their next win was on February 21 where they defeated Onze Unidos 3-1. Also Santana's last home win was on April 1, 2012 where they defeated Beira-Mar 3-1, it ended their 12 match losing streak at home on February 21, 2016, Santana's next win away was on April 23 after defeating Barreirense 2-1.

In the 2017 Premier Division, the club was less successful than last season and finished sixth with 9 points, three wins, the club scored nine goals which was the lowest shared with the newcomer Real Marítimo. In the 2016-17 regional cup, Santana de Morrinho made it up to the finals in which they will play with Onze Unidos in the last week of April. Onze Unidos who also won the season's championship who became on April 23 meant that Santana qualified into the upcoming Maio Super Cup for the first time later in the year. Santana played the cup final and had a 50/50 chance as the match ended in a scoreless draw, the club lost the penalty shootout by a goal and the result was 4-3 and also lost their chance for their first cup title. Santana's super cup qualification status became as runner up in the cup final.
