Samuel Reinaldo Moncada Acosta (born June 13, 1959 in Caracas) is a Venezuelan historian. He was Venezuela's deputy foreign minister until June 2017, when he succeeded Delcy Rodriguez as Venezuela's Foreign Minister.[1]
