Samir Nabi (born 16 December 1996) is an English footballer who plays for Carlisle United.[1]

He formerly played for Indian Super League side Delhi Dynamos.[2]He is the younger brother of former West Bromwich Albion and Delhi Dynamos striker Adil Nabi.[3]

Career

He is an attacking central midfielder. He was the top scorer for West Bromwich Albion's U-21 side scoring 6 goals in 18 appearances in the 2015-16 season.[4] He joined Delhi Dynamos after a 11 year stint at various junior sides of the Hawthorns. Samir signed for Carlisle United in March of 2017. [5]

Personal life

Samir Nabi is of Pakistani descent.[6] He has a younger brother named Rahis Nabi who also plays for West Bromwich Albion's academy and the England U-17 team.[7]
