Salvation is an American suspense drama television series,[1] that premiered on July 12, 2017.[2] An official trailer was released on May 10, 2017.[3] The series was originally announced as being developed in September 2013,[4] but received its straight-to-series order in October 2016.[1][5]

Premise

The show centers on the ramifications of the discovery of an asteroid that will impact the Earth in just six months and the attempts to prevent it.[1]

Production

Although set in the United States, Salvation is actually made in Toronto, Canada.
