The Saint Mary's Gaels football program was the intercollegiate American football team for Saint Mary's College of California located in Moraga, California. The team competed in the NCAA Division I-AA as a Division I-AA Independent football program. The school's first football team was fielded in 1892,[2] and the final season was in 2003. On March 3, 2004, Saint Mary's ended the football program, citing budgetary reasons.[3]
